RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 from 03.07.2025 delivered by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public outcry auction, with increasing prices, for the sale of the asset identified in this notice.

The first auction will be held on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. Should the asset not be awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For inspection of the asset, the judicial liquidator will arrange a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00 and 12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

Additional viewing days may be scheduled during the course of the auction, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded asset. The conversion of the price into RON will be carried out at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania on the date the invoice is issued.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry standards, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. This documentation can be acquired at the judiciary liquidator’s office or by phone and will be sent via e-mail to the participant.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the application documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the awarded asset for the winning bidder and will be refunded to applicants who are not awarded.

In the event of identical bids, the award will go to the party committing to pay the entire price in the shortest period.

The payment term is 5 business days from the awarding. If the remaining amount is not fully paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
