The company DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT ID RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public outcry auction with ascending price for the sale of the asset(s) identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the adjudicated asset(s). The price will be converted to RON at the exchange rate set by BNR on the invoice date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender documentation required for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry standards, will include the auction participation rules, and will be provided by the insolvency practitioner at a cost of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 EUR, and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 EUR. It can be acquired from the liquidator’s office or requested by phone and sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The guarantee will be deducted from the price for awarded assets and returned to non-winning participants.

In the event of equal bids, the winner will be the bidder undertaking to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term is 5 working days from the awarding. If the remaining price is not paid, the awarded bidder will forfeit the guarantee and will not be permitted to participate in subsequent auctions.
