KVK 3

Our KVK 3 is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable, which, compared to the KVK 2 (MA), features a pre-stretch system for up to 250% stretch.

With the pre-stretch system, you can stretch 1 meter of film from the roll into up to 3.5 meters on the pallet, greatly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, the system applies only minimal application tension, so even lightweight goods will not be pulled off the turntable. Only the film application and cutting need to be done manually on this wrapper.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 2000 kg. The KVK 3 features a 1650 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm high. With adjustable turntable and film carriage speeds, as well as a power stretch unit controllable via potentiometer, you can perfectly adapt the wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose from "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross-wrapping), as well as "rainproof" wrapping modes. If necessary, manual operation is also possible.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by forklift via integrated cut-outs.

Optional accessories for the KVK 3 include an access ramp, a special photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, turntables in various sizes up to 2200 mm diameter, and taller masts for wrap heights up to 3200 mm.

This model is our recommendation if you are wrapping very light goods or regularly stretch-wrapping more than approx. 30 pallets per day.
