KVK 2A

Our KVK 2A is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper equipped with a cut-out for ground-level loading. The KVK 2A model features a pre-stretch system with 250% stretch capacity.

Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can convert 1 meter of film on the roll into up to 3.5 meters of film applied on the pallet, thereby significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system generates only minimal tension at application, ensuring that even light packages are not pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is extremely stable and designed to handle loads up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 2A comes standard with a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to a height of 2,400 mm.

With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power pre-stretch unit that can be regulated via potentiometer, you can perfectly adapt the automated wrapping process to your specific products. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric cell) comes standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. Wrapping programs include 'up only', 'up & down' (cross wrapping), as well as 'weatherproof' wrapping. If needed, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If the wrapper needs to be used at a different location, it can be easily lifted and relocated with a forklift using the integrated recesses.

This model is our recommendation if you are wrapping very light products or need to stretch wrap more than approximately 30 pallets per day. The KVK 2A is ideal when a ramp cannot be used due to space constraints or when particularly heavy or unstable goods should not be pushed over a ramp onto the turntable.
