KVK 1S

Our KVK 1S is an affordable, semi-automatic stretch wrapper. Unlike our KVK 1S Economic model, this version is equipped with more powerful motors and a reinforced turntable.

The KVK 1S features a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. Only the application and cutting of the film must still be done manually with this pallet wrapper.

The speeds of the turntable and film carriage, as well as the brake tension, are adjustable. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric sensor) is just as standard as programmable top and bottom wrap cycles. You can choose between upward-only wrapping, up-and-down (cross wrapping), and rainproof wrapping. Manual operation of the wrapper is also possible if required.

If you need to use the stretch wrapper at a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved using forklift cutouts integrated into the base.

As additional options for this stretch wrapper, we offer a suitable ramp and a photoelectric sensor for recognizing dark packages or black film.

The KVK 1S is our recommendation if you are looking to acquire a robust pallet wrapper with minimal investment that will streamline your workflow. The KVK 1S is ideal for shippers handling approximately 5–15 pallets per working day on average.
