Was a customer replacement unit – Our KVK 1S Economic is our most cost-effective option for purchasing a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

The only manual steps required are attaching and cutting the film. With a robust construction weighing 600 kg, the machine is designed to handle loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can easily tailor the wrapping process to your product requirements. Automatic pallet detection comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose from 'up only' wrapping, 'up & down' (cross wrap), and weatherproof wrapping programs. Manual operation is also possible if required.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved using a forklift thanks to the integrated fork slots.

Optional accessories include a drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packages or black film.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you are looking to switch from manual to automated pallet wrapping with minimal investment. This machine is ideal for shippers with a volume of up to 10 pallets per working day.
