Our MVZ 7.5 granulator is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for re-shredding wood chips. Further details can be provided after testing with your material.

Our granulators are used for the size reduction of a wide range of materials such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suitable for diverse shredding tasks across various applications.

For example, defective parts and sprues arising at injection moulding machines need to be reprocessed. In blow moulding operations, besides rejects, there are also waste pieces or startup hoses. Materials that can be processed include, among others, blow moulding materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes.

Material is fed from above via a hopper into the cutting chamber of the granulator. The rotor inside is equipped with cutting knives. The material is shredded between the rotating blades and the stationary knives until it reaches a defined granulate size and passes through the screen beneath the rotor. *Optionally, the processed material can then be conveyed pneumatically to Big Bags, silos, or other containers.

The price applies only to the granulator system as shown in Image 1 – fan, cyclone, and filter are optional.
