Our MVZ 7.5 granulator is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for secondary shredding of wood chips. Further details available after a test run with your material.

Our granulators are used for size reduction of various materials, such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suitable for a wide range of size reduction tasks.

For example, during injection moulding, reject parts and sprues are produced which need to be reprocessed. In blow moulding operations, there are not only reject parts but also trim scrap or start-up parisons. Materials that can be processed include blow moulded products such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters, or buckets and pipes.

The material is fed from above into the grinding chamber of the granulator via a hopper. The rotor inside is equipped with cutting knives. Material is cut between the rotating blades and the stationary blades housed in the grinding chamber until, once it reaches the defined granulate size, it falls through the screen located under the rotor. *Option: The ground material can then be pneumatically conveyed into big bags, silos or other containers.
