Our Granulator MVZ 7.5 is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for secondary size reduction of wood chips. More details are available after a test run with your material.

Our granulators are used for the size reduction of a wide range of materials such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suitable for various shredding tasks.

For example, injection moulding machines generate scrap parts and sprues that need to be reprocessed. At blow moulding machines, in addition to scrap parts, lumps and start-up hoses are produced. Among other things, blow-moulding materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes can be processed.

The material is fed from above via a hopper into the cutting mill's grinding chamber. Inside, a rotor equipped with cutting knives operates. The material is shredded between the rotating knives and fixed stator knives in the grinding chamber housing until it passes through the screen located under the rotor as defined regrind. *Option: The granulate is subsequently transported, usually pneumatically, into big bags, silos, or other containers.

The price applies only to the size-reduction system as shown in picture 1 – fan, cyclone, and filter are optional.
