mütek balers / packaging machines were developed for producing bales from various materials such as shredded miscanthus or elephant grass, wood shavings, sawdust, and shredded straw. The machine features robust construction, ensuring consistent quality during continuous operation.
The baler compresses the material filled in the storage bin without any additional binding agents by means of hydraulic pressure and packs the material in plastic bags. The machine allows significant volume reduction, depending on the material. Maximum material moisture must not exceed 18% Atro.
The mütek baler’s container can be filled automatically or manually and has a capacity of approx. 0.7 m³. Containers with larger volume or with integrated extraction and filter systems as a complete disposal unit are also available. In addition to automatic filling via de-dusting units, mütek also offers filling by means of screw conveyors. Both variants allow automatic dedusting.
mütek balers are equipped with a control cabinet for system management.
In the standard version, bale dimensions (width x depth x height) are 400 x 400 x 800 mm. Upon request, height can be adapted to your requirements.
