Aprašymas
* Options available at extra cost, see below
* Production time approx. +/- 5 months
The hydraulic briquetting presses of the MPP NEM series compact materials such as aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, and other non-ferrous metals into dimensionally stable cylindrical briquettes. The machines feature a robust construction, ensuring consistent briquette quality during continuous operation. The pressing process takes place without any binding agents, relying solely on hydraulic pressure. Depending on the material, the input volume can be reduced by up to 90%.
The standard silo has a volume of approx. 0.5 m³. Larger silos or special containers for installation beneath existing extraction and filter systems as complete disposal units are also available. MPP NEM single machines can be combined into complete systems according to customer requirements. The press’s chip container can be loaded manually, via conveyor belt, with a dust extractor, or by tilting container. For fully automatic systems, the use of a lifting/tipping device in combination with a shredder is recommended. The MPP NEM briquetting presses are designed for the production of briquettes from homogeneous material.
The length of a briquette varies by model, between 40 and 80 mm; the diameter depends on type: 50, 65, or 70 mm. For emulsion recovery, the briquetting press can be fitted with a collecting tray, allowing coolants, cutting fluids, and lubricants to be collected and recovered. Non-ferrous metal chips up to approx. 20 mm in length can be filled into the press’s storage container. A stirrer is installed at the bottom of the container to prevent bridging and feed the material into the precompaction chamber. In this chamber, a hydraulic slide precompacts the material and pushes it into the pressing block. The main ram compresses the material against a vertical slide until the set pressure is reached. Then the vertical cylinder lifts, and the briquette is ejected.
The more homogeneous the input material, the more uniform the length of the briquettes produced.
Advantages of briquette production:
• Reduction of volume by up to 90%
• Emulsion recovery
• Cost savings in storage and transport
• Convenient disposal
• Profitable sales
