Suitable for shredding all types of residual wood as well as pallet offcuts.

Pallets must be prepared using a jigsaw or chainsaw so that they will fit upright into the hopper—see image 2. Ideally, the pieces should be around 40x20x20 cm so that the wood can lie flat on the slider floor. This enables the machine to operate at maximum efficiency.

A hydraulically operated pusher moves along the bottom of the shredder and automatically pushes the wood against the rotor depending on load. Material is shredded until it passes through the screen basket.

Throughput rate up to 200 kg per hour *depending on screen size and how well the material is prepared.

*Discharge conveyor and overband magnet available at additional cost.
