The guillotine shear was commissioned for the first time in 1998.
The DNC 10 G control system was specifically developed for guillotine shears. It features a numerical axis for controlling the backgauge and automatically calculates and adjusts the blade gap, cutting angle, and cutting depth based on the material to be cut (manufacturer’s information).
