LLC Evolutioner LFM ventilation lock former

LFM Lock Former Machine is one of the most highly demanded machines among our customers. It is designed for forming various ventilation profile connections such as the Pittsburgh lock, standing seam, single hem, double hem, locking pin, and elbow radius elements. These connection types are widely used in the construction of both industrial and civil buildings.

A key advantage of our lock former compared to other machines is its capability to produce pipe locks, making it suitable for round duct and pipe production. As a result, our customers can avoid additional investment in separate pipe locking equipment and eliminate the need for extra production space.

The LFM machine features 7 pairs of tempered forming rolls, ensuring longevity and enabling the production of multiple types of ventilation locks.

The ventilation element manufacturing process starts with Pittsburgh lock and single hem formation using the LFM lock former. After production of the profiles, the single hem lock is inserted into the Pittsburgh lock and closed either manually (with a hammer) or using a Pittsburgh lock closing machine. After these steps, the ventilation element is ready for use.

Operation of the LFM lock former is simple and user-friendly, thanks to integrated ruler guides that help position the metal correctly for each required profile.

The LFM machine is available with either a 380V (1.5kW motor) or 220V (1.1–1.5kW motor) power supply, depending on customer requirements.

It is compatible with color-coated steel sheets as well as stainless steel.
