One-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application on straight workpieces (EVA-PUR gluepot with draining function optional), 2-motor HF crosscut saw unit, HF multifunction milling unit, 2-motor corner copying unit, chain feed, motorized top pressure with encoder and double roller top pressure with ball bearings, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece tracking, integrated routing control for contactless automation of machining functions as well as L-Motion control (18 axes). Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and thick veneer roll materials, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/5.0 mm and workpiece height from 10 – 60 mm.

• Automatic edge feeding for roll material via rotating roll plate D=800 mm

• Infeed extension (650 mm) with support

• Automatic strip magazine (70 mm capacity) with spiked roller for solid wood lippings.

• Two counter-rotating, demand-driven jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of workpieces before edge banding

• Teflon-coated, quick-change gluepot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the gluepot), precise glue application via glue roller, individual glue roller temperature setting, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents the glue from burning if the machine is not used for an extended period but remains switched on).
Optional: EVA/PUR gluepot with draining/cleaning function for quick color change

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness.

• Pressure zone comprising a powered pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, counter-conically designed press rollers with pneumatic pressure ensure optimum bonding between the edge material and workpiece; program-controlled setting for edge thickness with L-Motion motor

• High-frequency crosscut saw equipped with two HF motors 0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades and high-precision linear guides ensure clean and precise cutting, equipped with extraction hoods. Pneumatically swiveling from the control panel

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with multifunction tools (straight + 3 different radii), horizontal and vertical workpiece tracing, each with 3 L-Motion motors for positioning the horizontal tracing shoes, positioning the vertical tracing shoes, and positioning the multifunction tool. 2 chip extraction hoods, height adjustment of the upper unit with top pressure.

• Corner rounding unit: Automatic processing of corner edges up to 3 mm edge thickness. Equipped with 2 HF motors 0.27 kW, activated from the operating panel. Optionally single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner rounding. Each with 2 L-Motion motors for positioning the horizontal tracing shoes and positioning the tool.

• Rotating control panel with 10" color touchscreen controls the glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machining breaks, activation/deactivation of units, error diagnostics, motorized top pressure, extensive program memory, and fully automatic operation of the machining units.
