Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling unit, hot-melt adhesive application for straight workpieces (EVA-PUR glue pot with drainage function optional), 2-motor high-frequency cross-cut saw unit with tiltable motors, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece tracking, and integrated line control for contactless management of processing functions. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and thick wood veneer rolls, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8 – 60 mm. • Two counter-rotating, demand-driven pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral cutters ensure clean, tear-free jointing of workpieces before edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, designed leak-proof, with bottom glue reservoir (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), finely metered glue application via glue roller, separately adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine remains switched on but unused for extended periods).

• Automatic strip magazine with spiked roller for wooden laths.

• Pressure zone consisting of a powered pressure roller running synchronously with the glue roller and two smaller, oppositely tapered spring-loaded pressure rollers.

• High-frequency cross-cut saw equipped with two HF motors (0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm), 2 saw blades, and high-precision linear guides for clean and precise cuts, equipped with extraction hood, manually tiltable.

• High-frequency combination milling station: 2 powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with special HM-WPL cutters.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic machining of edge corners up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW high-frequency motor, switchable from the control panel. Choice of single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

• Rotatable control panel with 10" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machine downtime, on/off of units, and fault diagnostics, including digital meter counter for edge material consumption.

• LED lighting in the cabin.

• Riepe spray systems for anti-stick, NFLY, and cleaning agents optionally available.

• Radius scraper unit: Lightly scraping cut removes any milling traces in the radius and ensures a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.

• Flat scraper unit: Lightly scraping cut cleans the workpiece surface of any glue residues at the glue joint.

• Buffing unit: 2 motors, each 0.09 kW, 1,500 rpm, deliver a superb finish for ABS and PVC edge materials.
