Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling unit, hot-melt glue application for straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue pot with draining function optional), HF end trimming saw station, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double roller upper pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, and integrated track control for contact-free operation of processing functions. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and solid wood veneer roll materials, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4–3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8–60 mm. • Automatic edge feeding for roll material via rotating turntable D=800 mm

• Two opposing, program-controlled pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean, chip-free workpiece edges before edge banding

• Long infeed fence (650 mm) with support

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leakproof, bottom-feed glue supply (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), precise glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature adjustable, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine remains on but is not used for an extended period).

• Automatic strip magazine (70 mm holding capacity) with spiked roller for solid wood lippings

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, counter-conically operated spring-loaded pressure rollers, ensures optimal edge joint with workpiece; pressure zone can be adjusted via digital counter

• High-frequency end trimming saw equipped with 0.35 kW HF motor, 12,000 rpm, two saw blades and high-precision linear guides for clean, accurate cuts; extraction hood included

• High-frequency combination milling station, two powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with HM-WPL special cutters, suitable for radius, flush, and chamfer milling; horizontal and vertical tracing of the workpiece; unit adjustment equipped with digital counters for different edge types; two chip extraction hoods with central Ø 100 mm connectors; height adjustment of top unit linked to upper pressure system

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness; equipped with 0.27 kW HF motor, switchable from control panel. Selectable single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

• Swiveling control panel with 10" color touchscreen for controlling glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction in standby, on/off for units and fault diagnostics; including digital meter counter for edge material consumption

• LED lighting inside the safety cabin

• Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesive, NFLY and cleaning agents available as options
