Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt adhesive application for straight workpieces (EVA-PUR glue pot with drain function optional), HF end trimming station, HF milling unit, chain feed, double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail and signal lamp for workpiece tracking. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine and solid wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4–3.0mm and workpiece heights from 8–50mm. • Automatic edge feeder for roll material via rotatable roll table D=600 mm

• Infeed alignment (400mm) with support

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointer cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge gluing

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue reservoir from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), fine adjustable glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature adjustable, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning when the machine is unused but still switched on).
Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with drain/cleaning function for quick color change

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness

• Pressure zone consisting of one driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and one adjustable pressure roller with spring tension, for optimal bonding of the edge material to the workpiece, adjustment of the pressure zone with digital counter

• High-frequency end trimming saw equipped with 0.21 kW HF motor, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades and high-precision linear guides for clean and precise cutting, equipment includes extraction hood

• High-frequency combined milling station, two powerful 0.27 kW HF motors with HM-WPL special cutters, suitable for radius and bevel milling, horizontal and vertical sensing of the workpiece, unit adjustment equipped with digital counters for setting different edge types, 2 chip extraction hoods with central extractor port 2 x Ø 100 mm, height adjustment of upper unit with top pressure

• Swiveling control panel with 7.0" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic reduction of temperature when machine is not in use, on/off control of units and error diagnostics

• LED lighting in the cabin

• Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesive or cleaning agents available as options

Optional finishing units (2 free spaces):

• Radius scraper unit: Light pulling cut removes any radius milling marks to ensure a perfect finish. Fine adjustment using digital counter.

• Flat scraper unit: Light pulling cut cleans the workpiece surface of any glue residues at the adhesive joint

• Buffing unit: 2 motors 0.05 kW, 1,500 rpm for super finish on ABS and PVC edge materials
