In comparison to the KVK 2 MA, it features a cut-out in the turntable that allows floor-level loading with a manual pallet truck. With a weight of 700 kg, this model is also designed for professional use and can handle loads of up to 1,500 kg. The 1A comes equipped with a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm high as standard. With adjustable speeds for both turntable and film carriage, as well as a finely adjustable electromagnetic brake via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to suit your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) and adjustable top and bottom wraps are standard features. The machine offers programs for “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross wrapping), and “rainproof” wrapping. Manual operation of the wrapper is also possible if required. If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can easily be lifted and moved using a forklift and the integrated cut-outs. In addition to a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 1A also offers an optional extension of the wrapping height (up to 3,200 mm). Recommendation: The KVK 1A is ideal for situations where a ramp cannot be used due to space constraints, or when particularly heavy or unstable goods should not be pushed over a ramp onto the turntable.
