Overview
This Krones Linatronic M empty bottle inspector, built in 2015, is designed for the reliable inspection of returnable glass bottles in beverage filling lines. The system combines various inspection technologies such as camera-based image processing, infrared sensors, and high-frequency measurement to effectively detect contaminants, residual liquids, closure issues, and bottle defects. With an output of up to 15,000 bottles per hour and more, the machine is ideally suited for medium-sized filling lines. The unit is equipped with a 3-way Ecopush rejection system and supports a wide variety of bottle types and glass colors, making it a flexible solution for breweries and beverage producers.
