Thanks to a durable and resilient mechanical and hydraulic system, precise rear gauge with ball screw, and user-friendly CNC control, KKI guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, higher sheet thicknesses and longer cutting lengths are available on request.
The guillotine shears owe their long service life to an especially robust design with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and rear gauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, providing the highest cutting quality.
By entering sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
