Technical Specifications:

The machine frame is constructed from high-strength materials by electric welding and is stress-relieved before machining to ensure close manufacturing tolerances for the sensitive flanging process.

The upper and lower head holders glide on the main body structure for rigidity and reduced vibrations during flanging.

Both the upper and lower head holders are driven vertically by hydraulic motors and clamp the head using hydraulic cylinders.

The spindle roll is powered by radial piston hydraulic motors for high speed and high torque.

The flanging roll is operated by three cylinders for vertical and horizontal motion and moves between two main bodies.

Both rolls are made from a special alloy for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
