Thanks to robust and durable mechanics and hydraulics, a precise backgauge with
ball screw drive, and user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are
highly effective production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and
cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters belong to our standard portfolio. Of course,
greater sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available upon customer request.
Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to their particularly robust design
with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, the cutting beam, and the
backgauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, thus enabling
the highest cutting quality.
By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control
automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
