Machine Description
- The lids of the crates can be folded down sideways, giving a total transport height of approx. 1000 - 1050 mm.
- Both conveyor belts each have two side guides, with one upper guide each and a cam pitch of 700 mm.
- Infeed area with 1500 mm straight section, motorized, working height approx. 1000 mm.
- Main washing zone with 2700 mm length, 600 l tank with 50 kW heating (20 kW via hot water possible), washing temperature 55-60°C, 1 stainless steel centrifugal pump 7.5 kW, 1500 l/min at 2 bar, robust external box filter. Brush cleaning takes place after the initial spraying, using a brush mounted on the outside, followed by another spraying process.
- Rinsing zone 1800 mm with approx. 150 - 250 l/h via direct fresh water supply, the fresh water is supplied hot at min. 60°C; 500 mm transfer zone with upper extraction port (stainless steel radial fan, connection DN 250); 1800 mm long blow-off section with 2 blower motors at 5 kW; outfeed table 500 mm long.
Washing, rinsing, and drying system length: 8800 mm.
Hourly throughput (adjustable with LENZE frequency inverter): approx. 250-300 crates with folding lids (crosswise transport) or 500 lids in longitudinal transport including label removal with side brushes (LENZE drive 0.37 kW).
Brush cleaning occurs after the first spraying process with externally mounted brushes, followed by another spraying process.
Additional hot water heat exchanger in the machine.
Drum filter for automatic label discharge: with this equipment, the wastewater in the main flow is guided through a drum filter, significantly reducing label disintegration and mash formation. The washing tank can be operated over several shifts without a change.
Gravity roller conveyor for Euro pallets, internal width 840 mm, very robust construction made from 4 mm thick stainless steel sheet, steel rollers galvanized, 5000 mm long.

- Fresh water approx. 60-80°C, 3/4", flow pressure min. 2 max. 6 bar via hose connection 3/4"
- Electricity: max. approx. 50 kW, 400V 50 Hz
- Wastewater: DN 50 outlet to floor drain
- Hot water: 1 1/4" flow and return, flow temperature min. 80°C, throughput approx. 3-4 m³/h
