Zone 3: Hot Air Drying Zone:
Designed for comprehensive mechanical air-blow-off (from below, sides, and above) of water droplets adhering to the surface of washed items, using air knives and built-in high-pressure fans.
The conveyor is equipped with a plastic belt.

The frame is made of stainless steel (AISI 304/1.4301), features independent drive, and is controlled via the system's PLC.
The conveyor transports washed parts out of the machine, makes a 90° left turn, and then moves parts toward the machine entrance (where components to be washed are loaded).
Three photoelectric sensors are installed at various points on the conveyor belt, with special holders and opposing reflectors on the stainless steel frame. Belt width: 400 mm / height up to 400 mm.
(At the start – 1 sensor before the turn, 1 sensor at the end, and 1 sensor approx. 2 m before the end). A buffer zone (1-2 m long) is provided.
If the buffer zone is filled with returned washed goods, the machine and conveyor stop automatically.
