This robust machine in a welded steel construction ensures exceptionally smooth operation. The two machine stands are designed with shaped sections, enabling processing of long workpieces. The three-roller belt guidance provides the operator with the largest possible open working area, facilitating convenient hand block sanding. The belt drive is via a three-phase motor with a dynamically balanced drive roller. Each belt is equipped with individually adjustable pneumatic tensioning, ensuring optimal belt tension for each unit. The dust extraction system is dimensioned to efficiently capture sanding dust and direct it to the extraction port when connected to a suitable extraction unit. For effortless operation, the sanding unit is mounted in backlash-free roller guides. The machine table is smoothly and quickly adjustable in height using the electric table lift. The table lift guides are maintenance-free. For loading, the table can be extended far enough to allow easy placement of workpieces without having to slide them under the sanding belt. All primary machine controls are user-friendly and centrally located on the front of the machine.

The standard machine comes equipped with two initial abrasive belts (W x L) 150 x 9000 mm and a contact roller, approx. 50° Shore hardness, for 150 mm belt width.

Additional equipment:
3-axis table with integrated handling device for rotating and swiveling workpieces.

The handling device is mounted at the center of the table, below the insert frame. For operation, the insert frame is removed from the machine table. The handling device features four vacuum suction pads for securing workpieces and consists of: the bearing with rotary axis, featuring a brake disc at the rear. The swivel mechanism is mounted at the front of the rotary axis and can be locked at 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, and 90°. The swivel head has an additional indexing disc for precise positioning of workpieces to the sanding belt. The rotary and swivel axes are released pneumatically via foot switch; rotary axis movement is manual.

Workpiece weight when using as a flat table with insert frame installed = 80 daN
Workpiece weight when using the handling device, based on the clamping plate = 25 daN, or 120 Nm relative to the center of the rotary axis.
