The fully hydraulic production rapid-frame band saw features a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials, without the need to change the saw blade, using a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. It is equipped with a pre-tensioned frame guide, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple swivel bearing, separate coolant system, infinitely adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure load, automatic blade lift and accelerated return stroke, and comes standard with a stepless mitre adjustment. Rapid frame lift function is included. The pivoting vise ensures maximum utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guideways with precision-ground and hardened guide strips transmit the cutting pressure forces to the saw frame. Automatic end-of-cut shutoff. Push-button controls for ON, OFF, and rapid up movement of the saw frame.
