Our demonstration carton sealing machine, model VOGEL MH-FJ-2, is equipped with a side drive belt system. The machine automatically adjusts to the respective carton size within the specified range.

IMPORTANT:
To operate the machine, a compressed air supply is required, which is not included in the scope of delivery.

Our MH-FJ-2 carton sealer has been specially developed for processing changing carton formats. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of height and width, continuously varying box sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine instantaneously adapts to different formats. Two side and two top conveyor belts safely transport your cartons through the sealing process. The carton flaps must be folded down manually before feeding the boxes into the machine. This unit is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76mm core diameter and 50mm width. We recommend using machine packaging tape with longer rolls (compared to hand rolls), allowing you to work longer without having to change the tape. Both PP & PVC self-adhesive tapes as well as environmentally friendly paper tapes can be used. The tape units can be easily removed for tape replacement or, for example, if you wish to seal only the top (keyword: automatic bottom cartons). This machine also carries the CE mark. Please note: an on-site compressed air connection is required for operation!
