Our carton sealer MH-FJ-2 is specifically designed for changing carton formats. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of height and width, continuously changing carton sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine adapts instantaneously to different formats. Two side belts and two top belts reliably guide your cartons through the carton sealer. The carton flaps must be manually folded down before feeding into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76 mm core diameter and a 50 mm tape width. We recommend using machine tapes with longer lengths per roll (compared to hand rolls), allowing you to work longer without needing to change the tape. Both PP & PVC adhesive tapes as well as eco-friendly paper tapes can be used. The tape heads can be easily removed for fast tape roll changes. This is also convenient if you want to seal only the top of the cartons (keyword: automatic bottom flaps). Naturally, this machine also carries the CE mark. Please note that a customer-provided compressed air connection is required to operate this machine!
