Remarks / General Information:

The machines are in good condition and currently stored dismantled at our warehouse. The total transport volume of the facility requires several trucks (approx. 70 tons per machine).
The machines were previously used for the production of connecting rods for passenger car diesel engines.
Chain broaching machines are designed for use in mass production environments.
The continuous (retraction-free) operation of chain broaching enables maximum achievable productivity for external broaching processes.
The chain broaching method is the only broaching process without a return stroke of the tools or workpieces.
During chain broaching, the workpiece is continuously guided past the tool, thus performing the feed motion.
This unique broaching process is only used for very large batch quantities in series production.
