Thanks to its features and construction, the machine is highly versatile and efficient for a wide range of applications. The HMI interface ensures simple and trouble-free operation of the system. The machine’s design allows for very precise length tolerances.

The machine is completely refurbished in our facility according to customer specifications. The following components, among others, are renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI operator panel
- Replacement of the ball screw spindle
- Replacement of servo motor and servo drive
- Replacement of frequency inverter for the main saw drive
- New electronic components
- Maintenance or replacement of all hydraulic cylinders and valve blocks
- Optimization and overhaul of the cooling system
- Replacement of standard wear parts
- Overhaul of machine frame

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts that we have overhauled or replaced. Labour and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
