Joos A.B.S. safety system for protection of the heating plates in case of incorrect loading or items left behind.
The press is fully open on all sides, constructed in robust all-steel design, and protected against overloading. The maintenance-free hydraulic system is installed within the oil reservoir.
Continuously variable pressure adjustment is possible according to a clear pressure diagram. Once the set pressure is reached, the system automatically switches off. The pressure is maintained constantly for the entire pressing period. The rack and pinion guide ensures stable parallel movement of the press table.
The press is ideally suited for laminating flat surfaces using adhesives at appropriate working temperatures.

The press is equipped with the following hydraulic components:
- 1 oil-hydraulic two-stage high-pressure pump
- 1 three-phase motor 2.2 kW
- 1 automatic pressure switch
- 1 changeover valve
- 1 pressure diagram
The hydraulic unit is installed in the lower section of the press.

Control system:
Automatic pressure control with electronic regulator / Setpoint and actual value display. Operation is performed via a clear rotary button control panel. The control cabinet is fully integrated longitudinally in the upper section of the press.

One upper and one lower electric heating plate, 3100 x 1350 mm each. Surfaces anodized for extreme hardness, scratch, and abrasion resistance. Thermal high-pressure insulation between the heating plate and the press table. Max. operating temperature: 120°C
