we offer for sale a Heesemann LSM 8 wide belt sander in a configuration with four sanding units:

Abrasive belts feature a cleaning system – air blast and dust extraction.

Workpiece thickness tolerance compensation up to 2 mm via maintenance-free electromagnetic hold-downs. Working width as well as the start and end position of the sanding pressure beam are electronically controlled.

Abrasive belt cleaning via blowing tubes; dust extraction via integrated extraction channels; air blast activation is automatic upon workpiece detection in the machine.

At the end: cleaning/de-dusting brush, 150 mm diameter, with extraction channel for dust removal.

Additional blow rotors at the machine outfeed with an extraction channel.
