Lot of 5 UHP water jet machines, with a large quantity of spare parts and accessories as follows:

1 x high-pressure water jet unit with Deutz-MWM V-8 diesel engine
Continuously adjustable pressure from 0–1,400 bar and 0–2,800 bar, overflow/dump system, with piston change kit as follows:
1,400 bar at 99 litres/minute and
2,800 bar at 46 litres/minute.
The high-pressure head with bushings and valves remains the same for both pressure levels, 1,400 and 2,800 bar.
The pressure change between 1,400 and 2,800 bar is achieved through a simple piston exchange.

The system was built in 2013 and kept in operation as a backup machine, but was only used once for 14 hours at 2,800 bar for a heat exchanger cleaning project. This UHP machine is mounted on a galvanised steel frame.

The Deutz-MWM engine was acquired as a used engine with approx. 3,000 operating hours and, in 2013, fitted with a new Jetech UHDW high-pressure water jet pump.
Additionally, there is a large amount of accessories and spare parts, e.g. dump guns & foot valves, swivels, rotary joints, surface cleaners, rotating nozzles, high-pressure lances, nozzle inserts, seals, special tools, etc.

An identical UHP water jet unit is also available, but with a Scania V-8 engine and 850 operating hours at max. 1,400 bar / 99 litres/minute. This unit also features a piston change kit for 1,400 bar/99 litres/minute and 2,800 bar/46 litres/minute. This system is installed in a 20-foot container with an 800 l diesel tank, and a workbench / vice.

In addition, three further high-pressure water jet units, each with 110 kW output, are available—two of which are fitted with piston change kits for 1,400 and 2,800 bar.
A third system is a Kamat K11000, with 2,800 bar operating pressure.
Also available is a hydraulic heat exchanger cleaning device with rotating lance, mounted on a scissor lift table and suitable for very large heat exchangers.

All equipment comes from the closure of my company due to my retirement.
A buyer is sought for all machines and accessories as a complete package.
Price for the entire lot: €150,000 (collection only) in D-36404 Vacha/Germany; delivery within Germany is possible for an additional fee.
