Jakob Müller Frick AG NF42 in 2/84mm

8 units of very clean (refurbished) Jakob Müller Frick AG weaving looms NF42 from 1988, 1989, and 1990 available from my stock. All machines are running smoothly and are 100% operational (completely overhauled).

Each machine has 12 shafts, is supplied without creel, and comes with Mütrans, some also with Müdata.

The machines originate from a curtain tape production and were originally equipped with a Z compartment. They have been converted to standard compartments as part of the general overhaul.

All tension beams and pressure rollers have been newly vulcanized by Westland. The card rollers in the chain case are also new or have been newly vulcanized. The central lubrication unit in the chain case has been optimized by us.

All machines have the first shaft position free (for heavier reeds) and are fitted with 12 shafts. All machines are equipped with Mütrans II.

Machines can optionally be supplied with double belt take-off (for heavy fabrics). This is possible for 4–5 machines, as far as I know. It is also possible to equip them with fine-knurled tension beams, also for 4–5 machines.

All needle holders are suitable for double needles. Two additional Mütrans II systems can be fitted upon request for this purpose.

The machines have been completely rebuilt. All bearings, shafts, and bushings have been checked and replaced if necessary. All swing arms have been inspected and replaced as needed.

All heald springs have been checked and replaced as required, with none being brittle, cracked, or defective.

The electrical installation has been checked, the thread monitoring board has been inspected and repaired or replaced as necessary.

All machines are painted in RAL 6021 Müller pale green. All covers are clean and undamaged.

The machines are offered without Müdata.

Four of the machines are also fitted with crawl (crawler) gear.

All machines have been set up and tested.

The machines are delivered without oil, weft threads, slats, reeds, needles, or chain links.

Delivery is on Euro pallet, FOB Wuppertal.
