WORKS CARRIED OUT DURING THE MODERNISATION OF THE LINE PERFORMED BY EUROMAQUINA IN 2019

· Complete disassembly for general inspection and cleaning of each line component.
· Final touch-up painting.
· Electrical disassembly of all components.
· Visual and functional check for defects in components.
· General overhaul of motors.
· Checked conductivity and cleaned brushes on DC motors; replaced irreparable motors.
· Mechanical assembly of line components.
· Installation of components needing replacement due to defective parts.
· Overhaul of hydraulic cylinders, including seal replacement, cleaning, and repainting.
· General overhaul of hydraulic motors, cleaning, and painting.
· General inspection of hydraulic power units, cleaning, and painting.
· General inspection of pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves.
· Replacement of defective hydraulic hoses.
· Replacement of pneumatic pipes.
· Replacement of all onboard wiring.
· Replacement or repainting of defective onboard boxes.
