Aprašymas
Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing specialists to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated parts to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the washing solution from the tank and deliver it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes with overlapping flat-jet nozzles. The parts being cleaned are thoroughly sprayed from all sides with the hot solution, thanks to the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket.
After the cleaning process is completed, the unit shuts off automatically.
