Function

Easy handling due to a fully automatic cleaning process. This allows skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and duration, the device is started and the solution in the tank is heated. In the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the washing solution from the tank and feed it through six stainless steel nozzle pipes, fitted with overlapping flat jet nozzles. The items to be cleaned are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution, thanks to the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket.

After completion of the cleaning cycle, the device switches off automatically.
