IBS Washing Machine Type Jumbo 115-2

Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Designed for rapid removal of oil and grease contamination. Universally applicable for fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, and ball bearings.

The contaminated parts are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After adjusting the desired washing temperature and time, the machine is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes equipped with overlapping flat jet nozzles. The parts are intensively sprayed with the hot solution from all sides during the consistent rotation of the motor-driven basket.

After the washing process is completed, the machine automatically switches off.
