Aprašymas
Performance at 20,550/42°C Qa
Coolant: R134a/1430 refrigerant
Pressure: 20 bar
Total power requirement: 14.5 kW
Machine weight: approx. 186 kg
Space requirement: approx. 0.5 x 0.5 x 2.1 m
The models of the HYFRA Gamma series are designed as immersion coolers for cooling water, oil, and emulsions. These plug-and-play immersion coolers are ready for installation and can be utilized with a footprint as small as 0.5 m², making them ideal for integration into various machine layouts.
Thanks to their compact construction, outputs of up to 28 kW are possible with a footprint of only 0.5 m². This provides significant flexibility advantages in production floor planning and noticeably increases productivity by allowing more manufacturing machines in the same area. In our compact immersion cooler models, the condenser is installed horizontally. As a result of this design, the immersion coolers generate significantly less waste heat, preventing internal components from being affected by it.
A robust agitator ensures an even medium temperature in the lubricant tank for all immersion cooler models in the series. For routine cleaning, the HYFRA Gamma series can be easily lifted out of the tank using fixed crane lugs.
Immersion cooler: High-performance cooling directly at the point of use
Godpfx Acjul Ekpouebu
How does an immersion cooler work?
In immersion coolers, the evaporator of the cooler is immersed directly into the cooling medium. The fluid is housed in a tank and kept in constant, vigorous motion for efficient cooling. Powerful agitators support this process.
What applications are immersion coolers suitable for?
Immersion coolers are commonly used for controlling the temperature of cooling lubricants in filtration and mechanical engineering to ensure optimal device performance. They are also used in metalworking for indirect cooling of tools and workpieces. Typical applications include milling and grinding with CNC or conventional machine tools.
Immersion coolers with modern controls and extensive features
Depending on the cooling capacity, HYFRA Gamma model immersion coolers are equipped with either FreeSmart or FreeAdvanced control systems. The combination of the FreeAdvanced controller and a touch panel provides a structured overview and allows for easy monitoring of relevant values. Both freely programmable control systems come equipped with multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs. The FreeAdvanced controller also features a full-text display and supports Modbus-TCP.
