This assembly aid was developed to enable precise production
of timber frame construction elements. Special attention was paid
to space requirements and price. Thanks to the extremely flat
design, the area can be repurposed for other uses simply by
removing the clamps and stops. This is a significant advantage
not just for small companies, but also for operations of all sizes.

After creating a level surface, the clamping rails are aligned and
anchored to the floor. The gaps are filled with a 30 mm thick
timber board to be provided and installed by the customer. At the edges, approach ramps can be attached using the same boards. The resulting surface can be driven on by heavy vehicles or used as storage space. This means the area needed for timber framing is only activated when required.

All steel parts are galvanised.

Full assembly is carried out by the customer. After adjustment,
the end stops must be pinned, otherwise they may be shifted by
the force of the clamps.
