HYDRAULIC BENDING PRESS

The FDV-150E/3000 double-column hydraulic press is part of the F series and is custom designed for bending operations.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system operating at 295 Bar, thus ensuring prolonged durability and reliable performance.

It fully meets all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Composed of a rigid, electrically welded frame on a fixed bed, manufactured exclusively in S355JR steel.
- The frame is stabilized and machined after the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and accuracy.
- Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
- Equipped with upper and lower machined tables made of C45E steel with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect alignment via four 80 mm diameter cylindrical side guides with maintenance-free, low-friction, bimetallic bushings.
- Lower table: slotted, 3,100 mm x 600 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
- Two main double-acting cylinders with chromed pistons and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
- Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit with integrated cylinder relief valve.
- Glycerin-filled pressure gauge with readout in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY
- Features a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC with a 7” KTP-700 COMFORT touchscreen located in the control cabinet. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, force, stroke, and dwell time. Offers storage for up to 300 recipes, with full parameter programming per recipe.
- Operation is by low-voltage electric foot pedal.
- For safety, the press is equipped with Category IV light curtains at the front work area, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear safety guard with magnetic disconnect sensor.
