STRUCTURE AND TABLES
Features a rigid, electric-welded fixed-bed frame made exclusively from S355JR steel.
It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
Mechanically movable T-slotted table, 1200 x 800 mm, with a 1200 mm stroke, fitted with a worm gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
Central table bore of 250 mm diameter, maximum depth 550 mm.
Effective table lifting capacity for movement: 4 Ton.
Travel speed: 30 mm/sec.
Internal front width: 1250 mm (distance between columns)
Working height: 600 mm.

2 hydraulic cylinders, each with 75 Ton force (total 150 Ton), 1200 mm stroke, interconnected by a plate with a 250 mm central hole.

EXTRACTION CYLINDER
1 central cylinder with 100 Ton force and 1200 mm stroke.
Prepared to fit extraction clamp; piston rod end threaded at M 35.150 x 40 mm length.
Maximum usable height for extraction cylinder: 1,600 mm at rod thread base.
Minimum usable height for extraction cylinder: 400 mm at rod thread base.

HYDRAULIC UNIT
Two-speed hydraulic power unit, 5.5 HP “Siemens Motor”, with automatic disconnect of the rapid speed and independent speeds. Maximum pressure: 250 bar.
Pressure control system by proportional valves.

Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 12” HMI touchscreen (model MTP) with 99 memory slots, enabling adjustment of pre-pressing, pressing power, press-fit, as well as stroke and dwell time of pressing and extraction cylinders during processes.
Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored. Includes an additional safety module and self-monitoring devices for operation and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for light curtains.
Operated by a low-voltage, two-hand electric button.
All installed electrical materials are Siemens (relays, contactors, main motor, etc.).
Prepared for Industry 4.0.
For safety, features Category IV photoelectric safety barriers located at the front work area, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear service door with magnetic disconnect detector.
