The MACC SPECIAL 335 MS is a semi-automatic bandsaw designed for cutting solid bars and small-section profiles, offering high performance and excellent precision. Its robust construction provides the rigidity and accuracy required for the cutting unit. The blade drive features a dual-speed motor and a special gearbox with a bronze gear and a hardened, ground worm screw. Adequately sized flywheels and robust blade guides, equipped with sealed bearings and adjustable carbide plates, ensure reliable operation. Blade tensioning is managed via an electromechanical micro-switch by rotating the blade. The machine is fitted with safety devices on the flywheel covers and the blade, and includes a swiveling worktable for material support and a vice with rapid approach function.

Operation: The cutting cycle is started with a start button, and the machine will: 1. Close the vice and start the blade motor; 2. Lower the saw bow to perform the cut; 3. Return the bow to the starting position; 4. Stop the blade motor; 5. Open the vice. Manual cutting mode available.
