Only (SIEMENS) components that are readily available in Germany are used in the control cabinet. Safety technology is supplied entirely by SICK, except for the light barriers. The control system is provided by SIEMENS (S7 1500), including the 15-inch touchscreen monitor. The delivery also includes the SIEMENS remote maintenance unit SECOME Ethernet. SPECIAL FEATURE: Our design with two press cylinders and the piston accumulator allows full performance to be achieved with a main motor of just 90 kW. Technical details are provided below in 1.3. Oil tank with oil cooling: The tank has a capacity of 1500 L. The oil is cooled by a dedicated pump, which is activated at 30°C. Oil filtration system: Independent from the main and cooling pumps, the press is equipped with a separate filtration circuit. The pump runs continuously but consumes only 1.5 kW. Energy-saving function: If the main pump is not required for a preset period, it switches to energy-saving mode and then consumes only about 2 kW/h. It is immediately fully operational again when pressure is required. Safety technology: Optionally, SICK or Pilz safety PLCs can be selected. The light barriers are either from the same manufacturer or from German manufacturer SCHMERSAL. Control cabinet: 40% of the cabinet space remains available for future installations. All components inside the cabinet are supplied by SIEMENS. Screws: All screws used on the machine are zinc-plated or yellow galvanized. Oil tray: The hydraulic block and pump are placed in a small oil tray to catch any oil during maintenance or hose changes. Noise emission: The press produces a maximum of 67 decibels according to standards. Gsdpefxyinefx Acysip Accessories: Roller loading bridges: Two 1500 mm long loading bridges with rollers, removable, supports equipped with large heavy-duty casters. Parallelism monitoring: Both cylinders are monitored for parallelism using Balluff linear measurement systems and Sick wire-draw sensors. Parallelism monitoring is activated at the start of the pressing process. Monitoring precision can be configured in the control system. The function is deactivated during no-load travel. The respective positions are measured at the left and right sides of the ram using two SICK draw-wire encoders. The controller opens or closes the oil flow to the cylinders through special fast-acting valves. The required parallelism accuracy is less than one millimeter across the entire width.
