Continuously variable adjustment of the pressure for individual pressure elements, for both single and multiple feed. Spacing: 32 mm. Tolerance compensation for workpieces up to 2 m via maintenance-free pressure magnets. Working width and sanding start/end of the pressure beam are set electronically.
The pressure elements are actuated by lifting electromagnets, enabling continuous variation of the force on each sanding pad as the workpiece passes through the machine. This innovative CSD® technology always guarantees a proportionally equal pressure relative to the pad's overlap on the workpiece. The risk of breakthrough on edges is almost completely eliminated by this dynamic, continuously regulated pressure control.
