Outfeed:

- Ergonomic removal height from 760 to 820 mm (Note: not independently adjustable from working height)
- Part outfeed via powered roller conveyor with steel roller design
- Roller-guided ejection unit over three levels onto an inclined removal table
- Maximum part length via automatic outfeed: 3,500 mm (optionally available extension kit for up to 4,500 mm working length)
- Waste disposal via ejector unit – max. length 600 mm
- Waste falls via chute into customer-provided waste container (Note: waste container not included)
- Remnant identification marked at storage position for manual placement by the operator

Software / Data Interface:
- HECHT Software Exenso ESA (version specified after joint acceptance)

Operating Procedure:
- Reinforcement bars are placed by the operator according to specifications/display onto the loading magazine in the infeed
- Data transmission via integrated data interface from customer-side window construction software for the required lengths of the PVC cutting center
- Steel is automatically loaded and fed in
- Optimized cutting to specified length
- Transfer of steel to removal position in the outfeed
- Optional double-cutting possible after inspection
