Due to the procurement of a new machine, we are selling our reliable edge banding machine, purchased new in 2016. The machine was operated in an 8-person joinery workshop. A complete overhaul was performed in January 2025, including new radius scrapers, new milling tools, and new polishing wheels. The pre-milling unit was re-sharpened. The coupling of the glue roller shaft was replaced. The glue tank underwent thorough refurbishment and cleaning.

The machine is suitable for EVA granulate (e.g., Henkel Dorus KS351) and PUR gluing as well.

The degree of pre-milling, edge band thickness, and the position of the lower and upper milling tools can all be conveniently adjusted by handwheels located outside the machine housing.

The control system allows you to save custom edge banding programs.

For 0.4 and 2.0 mm edge banding, the machine automatically switches pneumatically from the control panel.
