Due to the purchase of a new machine, we are selling our reliable edge banding machine, purchased new in 2016. The machine operated in a joinery workshop with 8 employees. In January 2025 it underwent a complete refurbishment. It received new radius scrapers, new milling tools, and new polishing wheels. The pre-milling unit was sharpened, and the glue roller coupling was replaced. The glue tank was fully refurbished and cleaned.

The machine is suitable for both EVA granulate (e.g., Henkel Dorus KS351) and PUR adhesive applications.

The degree of pre-milling, edge banding material thickness, and the upper/lower milling tool positions can all be conveniently adjusted using handwheels located on the outside of the machine housing.

The control unit allows you to save custom edge banding programs.

For 0.4 mm and 2.0 mm edge banding, changeover is pneumatic and can be set via the program.
