The sealing device with 420mm sealing length is ideal for those who need to quickly and easily make or seal bags with an impulse sealer. The SID-type features two parallel 5mm wide sealing wires, one of which can be switched off separately via a selector switch. The integrated knife cuts between the two sealing seams. Both the sealing and cooling times are infinitely adjustable. You can reliably seal Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyamide. Laminates such as PE with paper or PE with aluminium foils can also be effortlessly processed with the SID-type.

On the side of the machine are two knobs that electronically control the sealing and cooling times, ensuring optimal results. Additionally, the sealing wire is kept under tension by a tensioning device.
