Scope of Overhaul Works:
1. Cleaning machine bodies and application of new paint

2. Replacement of bearings with new ones: main spindle of the tenoner; saw unit spindle of the press; linear bearings on the carriage table guide of the tenoner; bearings on the working conveyor belts.
3. Installation of a new glue nozzle with 3.8 mm spacing on the tenoner body, assembly of a glue tank with a safety valve.
4. New conveyor belts
5. Replacement of wiring on machine bodies
6. Replacement of pneumatic tubes for actuators, solenoid valves and other pneumatic components
7. Replacement of gears and duplex chain on the press’s chain/belt feeder
8. Overhaul of electromagnetic brakes on the tenoner
9. Replacement of seals and O-rings (repair kits) in pneumatic actuators; replacement of worn solenoid valves with new ones
10. Replacement of graphic operator panels on the tenoner control cabinet, on the press control cabinet, and on the small press panel
11. Replacement of buttons, indicator lights, and switches on operator panels and control boxes; replacement of terminal boxes
12. Replacement of controllers overseeing the operation of the tenoner and press with new ones and adaptation of the machine’s control program to user requirements
13. Installation of new frequency inverters on the press rollers and on the push bar of the outfeed table
14. Servicing of electrical installations in control cabinets, modernization and preparation of updated wiring diagram
15. Installation of guards, meshes, and necessary descriptions, labels, safety signs, manufacturer logo, and nameplates
16. Replacement of V-belts with new ones, inspection of pulleys, geared motors, and electric motors
17. Replacement of limit switches, inductive and optical sensors (photo sensors)
