For sale is a GERBER Spreader SY 101 industrial fabric spreading system, including the spreading machine and complete table setup.
This system is designed for efficient and precise spreading of fabric layers on long cutting tables in apparel manufacturing. It ensures consistent material feeding, accurate layer control, and significantly increases productivity in the cutting room.
The setup was operated as part of a complete production line together with a Gerber automatic fabric loader (unit 31 C) and a Lectra VT-FA-MH-71 CNC cutting system (unit 29 C). This configuration enables a seamless workflow from roll handling, spreading, to cutting, greatly reducing manual labor while achieving higher throughput.
The machine was in operation until the factory closure, serviced on 27.02.2026, and is documented in an operational video dated 05.03.2026.
