We are offering an immediately available, top-of-the-line thermoforming linear system with automatic tool changer, rotary table, robust lower table with spindle drive, tool change station, maintenance platform, hotmelt extraction, heater enclosure, and many additional special features, directly from the manufacturer FRIMO.

This system was most recently used for producing automotive door panels.
The film itself was coated with hotmelt adhesive. However, the system can also be used for dispersion adhesives (applied to the carrier parts).
Very large components can be produced, with a forming area of up to 800 x 2,000 mm.
The maximum formed part height is 250 mm.
Very fast cycle times of under 60 seconds are easily achievable.
