The new profil 92 M e-motion spindle moulder is the premium Format4 model, designed for maximum user comfort and guaranteed efficiency thanks to minimal setup times for machining operations. The advanced electrospindle features an HSK 63F interface for a rapid tool change system with pneumatic clamping. A tilt range of ±46° enables unlimited machining versatility. With the self-explanatory e-motion control system in the 15" touchscreen operating panel, spindle speed, height, and angle, as well as the fence and even the table opening, can be adjusted intuitively and precisely. Memory functions for tools, spindles, and machining programs ensure perfect repeatability and quickest setup times.

Controlled, eccentric bearing rings provide maximum table support area and significantly reduce adjustment effort, especially when tilting the spindle. The newly developed heavy-duty precision fence features two controlled axes for precise depth adjustment of the entire fence, as well as an additional, independent depth adjustment for the right, infeed jaw. For convenient access during curve milling operations, the fence can be completely swung out of the working area. Optionally, the Format4 profil 92 M e-motion can also be equipped with an electrically height-adjustable power feed unit.
