Brush roller unit with two counter-rotating brush roller shafts
Ø 350 mm, drive 2 x 5.5 kW, for laminated or non-woven abrasive flaps,
adjustable for wear.

Brush roller unit for two rollers with Ø 250 mm,
drive 2 x 5.5 kW, rollers adjustable via handwheel, ideal for removing
oxide layers.

Wet grinding unit with integrated band filter system and closed
water circuit, installed under the conveyor belt and easily retractable
from the machine.

Washing and drying system, designed for a minimum workpiece length of 80 mm,
water and air volume adjustable, etc.

Workpiece transport takes place frontally via a continuous conveyor belt
(min. part length 350 mm) with vacuum suction system (300 mm width on the right)
and a magnetic track with a width of 300 mm, to hold small parts as short as 80 mm.

Frequency converter for stepless speed control of the abrasive flap brushes
from 250 – 1000 RPM (position 2, top), also for conveyor belt feed.

Control panel with clear operation and digital roller position display,
4 ammeters for monitoring roller drives, indicator LEDs.
Quick-change mechanism for sideways removal of the abrasive flap brushes
plus various spare rollers with non-woven abrasives and brush inserts.
